Oslo Classics Festival Unveils New Visual Identity

Oslo Classics Festival commissioned Sylte Studios to develop a new visual identity system spanning brand architecture, digital platforms, and campaign communications. The work creates a cohesive visual language that reflects the festival's position as a destination for culturally significant music experiences.

Honouring Tradition, Asserting Relevance

The renewed identity system balances classical heritage with contemporary presence. Cardinal Photo establishes visual authority through dramatic typographic contrast, whilst Neue Haas Grotesk delivers methodical clarity across concert programming and collateral.

Digital infrastructure centres on a bespoke Squarespace environment enhanced through custom development—balancing editorial sophistication with intuitive access to performance information.

Visual communications extend across festival artwork, editorial photography, and printed matter—each element calibrated to reinforce cultural positioning and amplify anticipation surrounding each season's programme.
