Production Process

Sylte Studios runs productions with a clear structure and professional standards. The team and scope are scaled to match the brief, usage, and delivery needs. If your team does not have an in-house producer or art buyer, Sylte Studios can manage the full production, planning, staffing, scheduling, and on-set workflow.

At every stage, the goal is the same. Clear decision-making, predictable delivery, and imagery that holds up creatively and commercially.

Overview

  • We confirm objectives, deliverables, timeline, and intended usage. References and initial visual direction are aligned early so expectations are clear. Responsibilities are confirmed, client, studio, and any partners. Booking is formalised in writing once scope and dates are agreed, with the first payment and pre-production start.

  • We build the production plan. Concept and references, casting, styling approach, locations or studio, schedule, shot list, and crew. Suppliers are confirmed early, and the working plan is shared so all teams operate against the same brief.

  • We lock the technical set-up and the review flow. Lighting approach, camera package, capture format, colour references, file management, and approvals. When needed, a digital tech is coordinated and client screens are set up for efficient selects and calm decision-making on set.

  • Shoot days run to a clear plan with defined roles and steady pacing. The focus is hands-on direction, quality control, and capture that stays true to the brief across the full set. Approvals are handled through an agreed workflow to avoid unnecessary loops.

  • We provide a structured selection process, contact sheets or previews, curation, and confirmation of final selects. Usage and licensing are confirmed in writing before retouch begins, including channels, duration, territory, and final deliverables.

  • Retouch and colour are handled with consistency across the set so the work reads as one system. Scope is agreed upfront, from clean-up to more detailed work. Delivery timing depends on volume and retouch level, and express can be arranged when needed.

  • Final files are delivered in agreed formats for your channels, with clean naming and a clear handover. Assets are archived for future updates and re-licensing, and documentation is kept so teams can find and use files without friction.

Teams are built for the brief. Stylists, HMU, assistants, producers, set, and post-production are added as required. The model is simple. Clear structure, flexible scale, consistent finish.
